I will be moving to Atlanta, GA, in three months. This series will be my love letter to Tulsa, a place I have called home off-and-on since 1998.
These images will consist of things that stand out in my mind about Tulsa. Busted store fronts, religious zealotry, sprawling concrete, Brutalist architecture, racial segregation, violent weather, etc. But also the ragged beauty of this place, the vibrant music scene, sprawling urban parks full of persimmon trees and meandering trails, and all the places I visit and see around town that tickle me or make me reminisce.
