I was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and raised in both Spartanburg and Asheville, North Carolina. My family and I moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1998 and I have resided on the East Coast, Oklahoma, and California since then. I have been passionate about photography since I was in eighth grade, and was inspired to do photography by my grandfather, who was never without a camera.

I have an Associate of Applied Science degree in Photography Technology from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Primarily, I shoot promotional photography for bands, live music, artistic projects, and editorial portraits. I have worked with many artists in the local Tulsa music scene and with artists in Los Angeles. I recently completed an internship in Los Angeles with Brion Topolski Photography.

I love to create images that challenge the viewer and open them up to new possibilities. Most of my images are very planned out and have many different meanings that can be extracted. I intend to produce more personal work, exploring many concepts that are intriguing and relevant to modern society.

My work has been featured in Alternative Press (via my internship), Urban Tulsa, and as CD artwork in several albums, most recently for The Ruse (from LA) and Dave McPherson, in collaboration with Jimmy Sutton.

I currently live in Los Angeles, California.
